"Services" refers to all joint cycling event coordination products including the Starter Group Ride, Joint Event Premium, and Corporate Cycling Summit packages, as well as custom event planning, route design, marshal coordination, and related offerings. By visiting muscledetoxpure.world, submitting a contact form, registering for an event, or purchasing a ride package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.
Muscledetoxpure provides professional coordination of joint cycling events across Auckland and New Zealand. Our services include route planning and mapping, rider registration management, safety briefing delivery, ride marshal deployment, rest stop coordination, post-event reporting, and optional add-ons such as photography and branded materials. You must be at least eighteen years of age to purchase event coordination services on behalf of an organization. Individual riders participating in events may be of any age provided they meet safety requirements and, where applicable, have parental or guardian consent. By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
All ride package prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars on muscledetoxpure.ddd. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from our team. We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion, including when route conditions, capacity limits, or safety considerations prevent us from delivering the requested service. Payment terms, deposit requirements, and refund conditions are detailed in our Return Policy.
Organizers and participants in Muscledetoxpure joint cycling events are responsible for ensuring all riders possess functioning bicycles suitable for the planned route, appropriate safety gear including helmets compliant with New Zealand standards, adequate fitness for the chosen terrain, and valid identification. Organizers must provide accurate rider counts and information at the time of booking and notify us promptly of any changes.
Cycling on public roads and shared paths involves inherent risks including traffic, weather conditions, road surface hazards, and physical exertion. While Muscledetoxpure takes reasonable measures to plan safe routes and deploy trained marshals, we cannot eliminate all risks. Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions, marshal directions, and New Zealand road rules during events. Event participation waivers may be required and will be provided prior to ride day.
Muscledetoxpure reserves the right to postpone or modify events due to severe weather, road closures, civil emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will work with organizers to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements as outlined in our Return Policy. Participants are advised to monitor communications from our team in the lead-up to event day.
All content on muscledetoxpure.world including text, graphics, route maps, logos, photographs, and software is the property of Muscledetoxpure or our licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent. Route maps provided to event organizers are licensed for use solely in connection with the booked event.
When using muscledetoxpure.world, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
To the maximum extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand law, Muscledetoxpure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our cycling events. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific event package giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Muscledetoxpure, its team members, marshals, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your provision of inaccurate information, or your failure to comply with safety instructions during a joint cycling event.
Our events may involve third-party venues, catering providers, bike rental shops, and other partners. Muscledetoxpure is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of independent third parties, though we select partners with care. Embedded content such as Google Maps on our website is subject to the respective third party's terms of service.
We encourage you to contact us first at feedback@muscledetoxpure.world to resolve any concerns about our cycling event services. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty days, either party may pursue resolution through mediation or through the courts of New Zealand. These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time by posting updated terms on muscledetoxpure.ddd. Changes take effect upon posting. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes to terms affecting active bookings will be communicated directly to affected organizers.
